Our Purpose
We believe everything should exist for a purpose, web sites not excluded. This site exists for two significant purposes:
✦ To bring honor and glory to the name of Yeshua the Messiah.
✦ To help people come to know and experience the love of Messiah in a richer, fuller way.
We are an emerging teaching facility offering instruction via correspondence and teleconferences. Those who visit here can expect to be built up, encouraged, comforted, challenged, motivated, instructed, and much, much more. This site specifically targets those who claim to know the Messiah as Savior and Lord, and those who do not. That takes in everyone.
You do not have to be a Christian to come away with something meaningful from this site. Our faith in God’s word is for salvation for all who will believe in the name of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

What’s In A Name
While it is true that a rose by any other name is still a rose, we believe that premise does not necessarily hold true for Yeshua (Jesus).
Yeshua (Jesus) was a Jew; he was not a Greek, he was not a Roman, he was a Jew. As a Jew, his name is, in reality, Yeshua, not Jesus. His title is Messiah, not Christ. So here at Promise Of Life, we say Yeshua and Messiah in speaking and writing; however, when we quote Scripture, it is always Jesus and Christ. We do not want to give the appearance of changing the Scriptures.
Are we Jewish? Only insofar as the apostle Paul tells us that we are “grafted in” Jews. I just believe in honoring the Savior’s heritage by using his real name, and not a Greek equivalent. So, I hope you can bear with us.
